2 hours of remote support per month and 1 visit to your business to check equipment, cameras and network.

Complete business

$2,770 MXN per month + VAT

4 hours of remote support per month and 2 visits, for businesses that rely on their technology every day.

Remote support: MXN $350 per hour for the public and MXN $250 for members. On-site hour: MXN $500 plus travel. All memberships include priority service. Prices in Mexican pesos plus VAT; visits outside Querétaro’s urban area include travel cost by area.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

Name, phone number, email, WhatsApp and details of your business (trade name, line of business and address); where applicable, tax information for invoicing. We do not request sensitive data. During technical service we may have incidental access to information on your equipment; it is not copied, kept or used for any other purpose.

3. Purposes

Necessary: answering requests, preparing assessments and quotes, scheduling visits, providing and supporting the services, invoicing and meeting tax obligations.

Optional (require your consent): sending offers and tips, and satisfaction surveys. You may opt out at any time by writing to contactowts@gmail.com, without affecting your services.

4. Transfers and providers

We do not sell or transfer your data, except where the law allows it without your consent or when required by an authority. We may rely on email, hosting or invoicing providers that process data only on our behalf.

If you request an engineering and manufacturing service, we will share your name, contact details and request description with our partner R120 Industrial, solely so they can handle and quote it. By choosing that option in the form, you consent to this transfer.

5. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by sending contactowts@gmail.com your name, a means of reply, identification and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

6. Cookies

2. Quotes and prices

3. Payments

4. Visits and travel

Every visit has a travel cost and minimum on-site time depending on the area, disclosed before scheduling. Memberships include the visits in their plan and a preferred rate for additional ones.

5. Warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we manage for you. Labor is guaranteed for [NUMBER] days. It does not cover power surges, misuse, impacts, moisture, viruses or third-party intervention.

6. Customer information

We recommend backing up your information before any service. We treat anything we see during the service as confidential. We are not liable for information that was not backed up, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Software

We only install original or free-to-use software; licenses are registered to the customer.

8. Partner services

Engineering and manufacturing services are provided by R120 Industrial, an independent partner company. R120 Industrial quotes, invoices and is responsible for its services under its own terms.

9. Online assessment

Recommendations from this site’s assessment are for guidance only and do not constitute a formal proposal.

10. Intellectual property

Texts, design and logo belong to Luis Iván Badillo Andrade (Aurinodo). Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

11. Consumer rights and jurisdiction

These terms do not limit your rights under Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law; you may contact PROFECO. The laws and courts of Querétaro, Mexico apply.
